😎 Thélios announces the acquisition from NEO Investment Partners of Vuarnet

Thélios acquires iconic French Eyewear brand Vuarnet, which is a renowned French high-end outdoor sunglass brand, with over 60 years of heritage and pioneering manufacturing of mineral lenses.

This is Thélios’ first brand acquisition, which marks an important milestone in the development of the LVMH eyewear company, expanding its presence in the luxury eyewear industry through this proprietary brand.

👁️BVI announces the acquisition of Medical Mix

BVI Medical has announced the acquisition of MedicalMix, a company specialising in the supply of medical devices for ophthalmic surgery across Spain and Portugal.

The company has transformed into a broad manufacturer and supplier of market-leading, innovative solutions that provide an end-to-end range of products for cataract, retinal, and glaucoma diseases. This acquisition is another pivotal step in BVI’s growth trajectory, which began to take form and accelerate since 2018.
