📢 WALK FOR WORLD SIGHT DAY IS BACK 🏔️
Back in 2021 Vision Executives launched Walk for World Sight Day where we aimed to climb the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in under 12 hours which we successfully completed (just in time) and as a result we raised over £1,500 for eyecare charities, one of which was Himalayan Cataract Project (HCP Cure blindness)
This year Walk for World Sight Day is back and on the 12th October (next Thursday) we will be scaling England's tallest mountain, Scafell Pike, and will be attempting to complete the hike up the 3209ft high peak in less than 7 hours. We aim to raise £500, a sum that can pay for several cataract surgeries in areas of the world which has little or no access to healthcare.
