Step 1: Assessment

A 15-minute call to understand who you are, what you are looking to achieve, the current roles you are interested in and what you are looking to get out of this service.

Step 2: Interview

A full interview with one of our specialists eyecare recruiters to delve into your experience, skills, achievements and assess where you can add value to our clients in the eyecare space.

Step 3: Review

We will conduct a review of your old CV and current LinkedIn to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement.

Step 4: Initial Draft

You will work with our professional CV and copywriter who will put together the initial draft of the CV and LinkedIn recommendation document.

Step 5: Documentation

We will send you all the documents for you to review then have a final call to discuss any amendments that need to be made so you are happy with the documents.

Step 6: Distribution List
