Alcon is acquiring LENSAR, Inc., including its ALLY Robotic Cataract Laser System and Streamline® software, strengthening its FLACS portfolio. The $356M deal includes $14 per share in cash, plus up to $2.75 per share based on procedure volume. FDA-cleared in 2022, ALLY is the first system enabling full FLACS in a single sterile setting. This acquisition expands Alcon’s global reach, bringing advanced laser technology to more surgeons.
