DO YOU DREAD SUNDAYS?

If you dread Sunday evenings, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Research into the ‘Sunday Scaries’ and ‘Monday Blues’ has resulted in three suggestions to change how we view Sunday evenings and Mondays.

1.     Maintain clear boundaries between work and the rest of your life!
2.     Change how you think about the weekend.
3.     Redesign Mondays so that there are aspects that make us feel good during the weekend.

Work – life balance in the ophthalmology industry is one of the most pressing issues, with some suggesting they worry about their future due to this imbalance and the extensive travelling which can sometime encroach on your weekends.
