Topcon Healthcare has joined forces with Moorfields Eye Hospital, London and the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology to launch Cascader, a new medtech company focused on accelerating AI-driven diagnostics in ophthalmology.
Cascader will develop tools to detect and manage major eye diseases like AMD, using insights from projects like RETFound and data from the INSIGHT Health Data Research Hubโ€”the worldโ€™s largest ophthalmic imaging bioresource.
