🕶 𝐊𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐲𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥  
[Kering Eyewear](https://www.linkedin.com/company/kering-eyewear/) has acquired 100% of Italian manufacturer Visard and a minority stake in Mistral, two companies known for their high-quality eyewear production. This move strengthens Kering's manufacturing capabilities, enhancing its control over luxury eyewear designs. Visard specialises in injection-moulded plastic frames, while Mistral focuses on acetate frames. The acquisition aligns with Kering's strategy to expand its eyewear division, with the transaction expected to complete by Q3 2025. Kering may fully acquire Mistral by 2030 to further enhance its eyewear portfolio.

🕶 𝐑𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐰𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐲𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧  
[RIMOWA](https://www.linkedin.com/company/rimowa/) and [MYKITA](https://www.linkedin.com/company/mykita-gmbh/) have teamed up for a new sunglasses collection, blending Rimowa's aluminium craftsmanship with Mykita's innovative design. The "Heritage" series features aluminium frames with stainless steel elements, while the "Visor" series offers minimalist shield-style sunglasses designed for urban mobility. The collection, launching on April 10, 2025, combines durability with luxury, marking Mykita's first use of aluminium in eyewear.
