👁️ The new additions include two iconic adult labels — Francois Pinton and Karavan — along with four children’s eyewear brands: Karavan Kids, Kaliboo, Jacadi, and Catimini.  
This strategic move strengthens Design Eyewear Group’s presence in France, one of Europe’s most influential eyewear markets, and introduces an exciting new category — children’s eyewear — to its expanding portfolio.  
Following the acquisition of [MENRAD](https://www.linkedin.com/company/menrad/) earlier this year, this latest expansion further reinforces the group’s position across styles, segments, and international markets.
