💹Covenant, a Nashville-based surgical operations team, has been acquired by USPI through the private equity firm [KKR](https://www.linkedin.com/company/kkr/).
💊 Covenant operates 80 ambulatory surgery centres and physician offices across 17 states.
The company had been facing revenue pressures driven by rising labour costs and high interest rates. Now, under the umbrella of the larger and more established healthcare provider [USPI, INC.](https://www.linkedin.com/company/uspi-inc./), Covenant is positioned for enhanced growth opportunities and improved long-term stability.
